I'd like to also moderate, I have had my own Invision Free site as well as one that I can't even remember the name of the software (sorry) I have been about for a while, I work(ed) in Customer Service for the last 2 years exclusively.

I think it is always worth having a Mod in different time zones I am in the UK so I am GMT/BST. I also believe that there should be some form of liasing between moderators on any action taken.

The thing I love about this site is its a team effort keeping it going, and should be a team effort in the moderation also.
